Age 10-13yrs: 1pm-3:30pm (FULLY BOOKED)

Age 14+yrs: 4pm-6:30pm

Limited Spaces: first come, first served for each age group.

Age Range: 7yrs – 21yrs

Open to all: Current MTB members, non-MTB members, vocational and non-vocational ballet students are all welcome.

We are delighted to announce a pop-up masterclass with Birmingham Royal Ballet First Soloist, Yvette Knight!

During this masterclass, students will take part in a 1hr ballet class and a 1hr 15min repertoire class, which will then be followed by a 15min Q&A session at the end.

Yvette’s training began at The Royal Ballet School (White Lodge and Upper School) before joining Birmingham Royal Ballet as an Artist in 2007 (promoted to First Soloist in 2018). Some of Yvette’s repertoire includes the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, Belle in Beauty and The Beast and Big Swans in Swan Lake.

Yvette’s interests expand beyond performing and as well as sharing her expertise through teaching, she also works with the wonderful Freefall Dance Company at Birmingham Royal Ballet.
