Zoe began her contemporary training on the Dance4 CAT training programme, learning from well renowned artists across the country. She then continued her training at the University of Central Lancashire, gaining a first-class degree in Dance Performance and Teaching.

Since graduating, Zoe has predominantly worked in the contemporary dance sector. Within her work, Zoe has choreographed, performed and taught for companies such as FABRIC, Ludus Dance, Curve Theatre and Studio79.

The majority of Zoe’s work is now focused on working with young people to create innovative contemporary dance work. Within her teaching work, Zoe continues to support young dancers to go on to schools such as Laban, Northern School of Contemporary Dance and The Place. A huge part of Zoe’s work is based on improvisation and the importance of having ownership over your own movement.

Peter Parker trained under Christopher Gable at the Central School of Ballet and later joined the Northern Ballet Theatre under Gable’s direction. From 1988 to 1994, he performed in various ballets including Coppelia, Don Quixote, and Memoir Imaginare. He also danced principal roles like Albrecht in Giselle and Romeo in Romeo and Juliet. Moving to France in 1994, he became a principal dancer with Ballet Du Rhin, showcasing a wide range of repertoire from neo-classical pieces to traditional ballets like Swan Lake and Nutcracker.

During his time with Ballet Du Rhin, he choreographed three pieces: Bird in the Hand, Bitter Harvest, and Memoir Perdu. Peterhas since taught at various schools and colleges, including Northern Ballet School, Kate Simmons School, and MADD College Nottingham. He has also created new works such as a full-length Nutcracker for Manchester City Ballet in 2010. Additionally, he is a sought-after guest teacher internationally, having taught at institutions like the Royal Ballet School and Elmhurst Ballet School. He’s also served as a judge for the international Cecchetti Society

Laura started dancing at the age of 8 at a local dance school in Eastleigh, United Kingdom. Taking part in various productions and youth dance performances her love of performing became undeniable. At the age of 16, she was awarded a full scholarship to The Royal Ballet School in London. During her time at RBS, Laura was frequently chosen to perform with The Royal Ballet at The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden and also with Birmingham Royal Ballet for their UK tours. Laura was offered a contract to join Birmingham Royal Ballet at age 18.

During her 21 year professional career with Birmingham Royal Ballet, she performed in a variety of ballets, dance festivals, and galas in prestigious international venues around the world. Regularly performing in Tokyo, Bejing, New York, and London.

As a senior dancer, Laura has always enjoyed mentoring and encouraging younger dancers to achieve their potential and enjoyed choreographing for Companies such as Pandora Jewellery and Selfridges.

A highlight of Laura’s career was being asked to join forces with Channel 4, Youth at Risk, and the local authorities of Birmingham, Dudley, Sandwell and Wolverhampton on an 18- month project that combined ballet and fitness, personal development training and life coaching to enable young people from troubled backgrounds to develop skills that will help in enhancing their lives. This was captured on film and translated into a four-part series.
